Michael is a practicing Massachusetts Attorney and Licensed real estate broker.  He was admitted as an attorney in January 2002 and practiced in Lynn, MA, for several years, handling various matters, including all real estate closings for the firm.  He was admitted to Federal Practice in March 2006 before the US District Court for the District of MA.  In 2006, Michael opened his own law firm in Wilmington in 2006, and has conducted hundreds of closings for buyers, sellers, and lenders over his career.  He has also been involved in “flipping” properties, personally handling the purchase and sale of the real estate, as well has the handling the construction through his part ownership of the construction and design company, Luxury City Ventures LLC.

Michael has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006, is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Justinian Law Society, and is an Approved Panel Attorney for the Mass. Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.  He received a Juris Doctorate in May 2001 from Suffolk University Law School.

He resides in Wilmington, MA, with his wife Jill and their two children.

Jill Monteforte

Jill earned her Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2008 after attending the Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate.  She has a BS in Biology from Salem State College, and prior to entering real estate, Jill worked in the medical field as a Nuclear Cardiac Technician for six years.  After the birth of Michael and Jill’s first child, Jill left the medical field to be home with the children, and began helping Michael part-time with real estate at his law office.  Her interest in real estate grew and Monteforte Realty was born.

Having grown up in Lynn, MA, Jill has an extensive knowledge of both Middlesex and Essex counties, and specializes in matching buyers with their perfect home.  She has the knowledge and skill needed to handle all of your real estate needs and prides herself on providing personal attention and service to her clients.
